NIC Bonners Ferry Adult Basic Education Ready for Fall

The NIC Bonners Ferry Adult Basic Education (ABE) program is open for the new school year offering various reading, writing and math classes along with individual learning assistance. The ABE center will be open on Mondays from 8am to 7pm, Tuesdays from 8am to 5:30pm and Wednesdays from 9am to 7pm and is located at North Idaho College (NIC) on the south hill next to Far-North Outfitters.

There's no better time than now to get the help you need to improve your basic skills. Competition is fierce in the workplace so if you haven't finished high school, it's time to get your GED. Don't wait; come in and start working towards your future. There's no cost to you-just a little hard work and perseverance.

Last year our center helped almost 60 students improve their academic skills and close to 50 students earn their GEDs. Several of those students are continuing on with their education and are now enrolled in courses at NIC. The instructors would like to give a big thank you to the Bonners Ferry community for your support of our program. We look forward to an exciting new year.

Call 267-3878 to set up an appointment or get more information about our programs and classes.
