Barry Wilson accomplished his first solo flight in a Cessna 172 on Saturday, May 22 at the Boundary County airport. Barry rose to the challenge after Northern Air Instructor Nathaniel Cheshire exited the aircraft and went on to make three safe takeoffs and landings. Wilson is a Sandpoint high school junior who aspires to be a Navy pilot. He is well on his way!
