NIC Coaches And Players To Lead Summer Boys' Basketball Camp

The North Idaho College men's basketball staff is encouraging area boys to utilize summer break to improve their basketball skills.
The North Idaho Boys Basketball Skills Camp June 15-18 is open to all school-aged boys. Participants will receive instruction from NIC men's basketball coaches and players.
Each camper will receive an evaluation from college coaches on how to improve their game as well as developing position-specific skills, vertical jump and other fundamentals.
Instruction will be offered by current NIC men's basketball players as well featured coaches including NIC head men's basketball coach Jared Phay, Lambuth University head men's basketball coach Kevin Burton, former University of Minnesota standout Kyle Sandon and NIC assistant coaches Corey Symons, Kris Knowles and Bret Taylor.
Three divisions are available. The Kids Camp will be from 9 a.m. to noon for participants in fifth grade and younger. Cost is $80.
The Skills Camp will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for participants in the sixth grade and older. Cost is $150.
The Advanced Skills Camp is from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. for participants in the sixth grade and older. Cost is $175.
All instruction will take place in NIC's Christianson Gym. All campers will receive a t-shirt. Space is limited.
