Stephen C. Henricks (July 10, 1947 - July 11, 2009)

Stephen C. Henricks died unexpectedly in his home July 11, 2009. He was born July 10, 1947, in Anderson IN, graduated from Madison Heights High School in 1965, and attended Ball State University in Muncie, IN.

Steve became a harness maker and a breeder and trainer of Belgian Drafts and Norwegian Fjord horses.
He lived throughout our country from Indiana to Vermont, California to Oregon and finally settled in the Northwest in Bonners Ferry.

Predeceased in death by parents Jack and Ingeborg Henricks, he was survived by two sisters, Toni (Mike) Selsley of Columbus, OH, and Vicki (Tom) Bolles of Leesburg, IN, his brother Jack Henricks of Anderson, IN, and long-time friend, Janet Sapp.

He loved the outdoors and the simple life. His family and friends will remember him for his independence, principles and loyalty. We will miss him.

A private service will be held. Memorials may be made to the Friends of the Restorium.
