Rodney T. Carter left this world behind December 4, 2020. It was our honor to know such a beloved character and dedicated man. He leaves behind a niece, Lynnette Haines, of Libby, MT, and many dear friends and family, from far and wide. Rodney was a Vietnam Veteran who served two tours in Vietnam and gave his heart into everything he did. He will be deeply missed. Celebration of Life to be announced.
